All purchases of digital tools, templates, and downloadable resources are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. This is due to the nature of digital goods, which cannot be “returned” once delivered.

Access to free courses is unrestricted.
For any paid courses (if applicable in the future), refund eligibility will be clearly stated on the course purchase page. If a refund is offered, it may be subject to conditions such as a limited time window or restricted access after refund approval.

We want our users to be satisfied. If you believe you made a purchase in error or are experiencing issues accessing your product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We’ll review requests on a case-by-case basis and do our best to resolve the issue.
